026 – What Do You Do When You Lose It?



In today’s session we talked about the honest emotions we are all feeling at this crazy time in history.  And what happens when you lose your cool?

How do you get back to center?  What awareness and energy can you be to navigate the tricky emotional waters that happen when we feel like we have no control over our lives?

We also talked about calming the overt racism that is being perpetrated.  It’s time to stop and think, rather than react!

During this session we activated the positive frequencies of peacefulness, tranquility, self-mastery, compassion, love and many others.  Tune in for more clearing and activation work!
